Rainy Side Notes
A wonderful herb to grow in the kitchen garden. Its celery-like flavor in the leaves, stems and seeds are excellent used in soups and stews. Cut the stems in spring while they are still tender. The foliage is a a nice addition to the ornamental garden too, adding a nice backdrop to other plants.
