GROWING GUIDE Geographic Origin:
Garden.
Rainy Side NotesThis easy-care plant looks good enough to eat. In fact, the species this hybrid comes from is edible; I have yet dared the taste. S. ‘Mediovariegatum’ grows well in the ground, as well as in a container. Also this sedum is good as a cut flower, fresh or dried. For drying cut flowers, strip the leaves and hang upside down in a dark, well-ventilated place. It dies back to the ground in winter like S. 'Autumn Joy'. The pairing of these two is a wonderful combination, as you can see in photo above. I also grow it in light, partial shade where it thrives and lights up the shade.
